TriTech's consultants will first gain a thorough understanding of the client company's business model and product. Then, working with the company's board or most senior executives and decision-makers, help to formulate a position needs analysis, define a job description, recommend compensation levels and outline a timetable for the recruitment process.
Upon the completion and agreement of the requirements, TriTech will set to work to identify potential candidates. Once these candidates are identified, they are vigorously screened through a multi-step qualification and evaluation process before being put up to the client company for subsequent interviewing by the key decision-makers within the client company.
TriTech arranges the complete interview process, advising management where necessary or appropriate, on how the interview should be handled and any outside resources that may be required.
References are taken up on each short-listed candidate. As in all elements of the qualifying process, references are considered to be extremely important and great care and consideration is given to them.
The client company is provided with detailed evaluation reports on qualified candidates throughout the recruitment process.
