Engagement Options

The KPG Group of companies operates on a “quality” and not “quantity” philosophy. We believe our mission is provide our clients with the highest possible level of services to achieve the best possible results in identifying the right candidates for each assignment — whether a client utilizes the high-end services of TriTech Management Consultants or the highly affordable “back-end” service of RecruitersBackOffice.

The engagements options are:

Non-exclusive—Contingency
30 percent of the final agreed upon total first-year’s compensation
Exclusive
25 percent of the final agreed upon total first-year’s compensation for a 60-day exclusive assignment
Fixed Project Fee
A fixed fee (which equates to between 17.5 and 20 percent of the total first year’s annual compensation) - paid in three equal payments during the course of the project. Should the assignment be cancelled at any point, only payments paid for work undertaken to that point are charged
Retained — Single Assignment Search
Monthly retainer plus placement fee (approximately 12.5 percent of the first year’s annual compensation package) upon the successful conclusion of the assignment
Retained — Project Assignment (Minimum 3 Position Openings)
Monthly retainer plus small placement fee (approximately 7.5 percent of the first year’s annual compensation package) as each position is successfully filled.
